RETURNS: BRP accepts returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept defective items for a full refund or exchange. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. We are able to refund shipping and handling charges only in the case of manufacturing defects.

Returns MUST be sent via UPS or FedEX, as we need to have a verifiable tracking number to follow in the event of a lost or delayed package. If a package is sent via any other method, and is lost in transit, we will have no way to verify the package, and will not be able to complete the return process.

Return package must also include the following information: Reason for return, whether the return is for refund or exchange, and if an exchange is requested the item number, size, color, and quantity of the requested exchange items. If the following requirements are not met, the return process may be delayed significantly.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip is required for reimbursement of the purchase price as well as the original product.

BACKORDERS: We work hard to endure prompt deliver of your order. However, if for some reason a specific product is on back order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to notify you of the delay. We will give you an estimated delivery date or allow you to change your order for an item that is currently in stock.
